What's the process for selling a site that is running kwikcontent?

Do we just hand over the entire site with the install on it?

What's going to stop them from duplicating the script on other domains?

The new site owner MUST purchase a license to Kwikcontent just as you have. If you sell a site and the new owner does not purchase a license, both you and the new owner are separately breaking the license agreement.
