I have about 300 domains that I am using at sedo parking
I bought your script so I could use my own parking solution and got myself a VPS specifically for this.
I started with my first site http://www.soo.in and discovered that the process is quite a task for one domain and i cannot begin to imagine how much time it will take to set them up for all 300 sites. Is there a way to bulk install it so that I am not having to create individual databases and chmoding and ftp... so that I can save time at least on the basic install?
Thanks
Claudine

Not really. You would have to heavily modify the program as a whole to achieve that... and it would require a properly setup dedicated server. In all honesty, it would probably be easier to build that sort of application from scratch rather than modify Kwikcontent.

Yes, it is quite a task. I've been experiencing it while setting it up on my own sites.
But then how much would you pay for someone to do this for your sites?
Just thinking out loud.
Good luck with your sites.

I have the same perk!
After creating just 3 sites!!!, I am already sick of clicking the same boxes and drop down menus over and over, at least 150 times!!!!!! This is crazy!
I have quite a few sites, and to spend meaningless time just clicking (Yahoo links, Yahoo Images, Yahoo answers) over and over and over and over and over and over, for each and every keyword, and constantly checking the boxes beside the keywords over and over, the same ones for the same keywords over and over again, then scroling down each and ever time to get to the boxes, just to check them again, so that you can start the Yahaoo stuff over again and again, makes this software, really unusable for creation of many sites!
Why not just have a 'master update button', to update all the keywords at once, with all the yahoo stuff for each check box with one simple click! This should not require too much program modification! and would solve all the problems described above, save countless hours of 'clicking and scrolling', and would make the creation of sites a breeze!
This is my one and only problem that will force me to look for other software that does the same thing!
Please make this very simple change to save this software!

kwikform:
You can turn on automatic updates from your admin Settings section, under the Yahoo! Settings header. With that turned on, you do not need to manually update your content. However, I personally like to manually load my content on the first installation so that I can take a look at what is being generated. It helps me to analyze the potential value of the keyword(s) I'm working with.

OK, I take it back! It does seem to auto update over time (without all that clicking and scrolling). I did not realize that someone had to click on the link from the main site in order to active the update.
I suppose it is best to just update some content just for the search engines, and have the users come and 'click to update' the rest of the content.
Thanks again!

Hello-
I was just reading through this thread again. I would not get a refund if I were you. These sites work. They make money. I had one site that was making $10 a day after a very short time. That paid back my investment in less than 2 months.
My advice is to go through the long process of setting up a few of these sites and see how they do. Pay your teenage kids to do them for you. You set them up once and can earn from them for years.
Happy New Year!

Added a better easier system to create multiple websites to Kwikcontent 1.1
One set of files, one common database for all sites

Tried to use multiple websites feature by going to Manage Websites and filling out all necessary info including database prefix under Setup New Site, it says back that new site is added but continues to show empty websites list. It created file with the name consisting of new domain and php extension in settings folder. Admin page is accessible under new added domain and even allows me to manually add new keywords and other content, but on the Settings page all fields are empty even those I entered in Setup New Site, when I try to enter some values there the page just refreshes itself after pressing SAVE button and fields are still empty. It won't let me to save anything including Yahoo Application ID so it's impossible to automatically generate new sub-keywords and load content for them. Looked into PHP log and I do not see any errors, only non-critical notices about undefined properties, constants and variables. Also noticed several subsequent warnings:
[06-May-2010 00:42:30] PHP Warning: in_array() [<a href='function.in-array'>function.in-array</a>]: Wrong datatype for second argument in C:\KWC\includes\_classes.php on line 50
Tried to figure out possible cause of the issue with no luck, please let me if I'm missing something or it's just buggy code.

Looks like it is a bug hotfix below
Open admin/lib.setup.php
Find - End of file
Code: // Insert the final domain settings
mysql_query("
INSERT INTO `{$prefix}domain` VALUES('1', '{$domainTitle}', '', '1', '', '', '0', '{$yahoo_app_id}', '1', 7, 4, 50, '1', 3, 5, 6, 5, '1', '{$google_analytics_code}', '{$google_pub_id}', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', 'us','{$bing_app_id}');
");
Change to
Code: // Insert the final domain settings
mysql_query("
INSERT INTO `{$prefix}domain` VALUES('1', '{$domainTitle}', '', '1', '', '', '0', '{$yahoo_app_id}', '1', 7, 4, 50, '1', 3, 5, 6, 5, '1', '{$google_analytics_code}', '{$google_pub_id}', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', 'us','{$bing_app_id}','');
");
To fix your site that you added.
Run the following mysql query:
Replace PREFIX_ your prefix for that site and yourdomainname.com with your domain
Code: INSERT INTO `PREFIX_domain` (domain_id, domain_name, domain_title
VALUES('1', 'yourdomainname.com', '', '1', '', '', '0', 'YahooDemo', '1', 7, 4, 50, '1', 3, 5, 6, 5, '1', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', 'us','','');
And run this query as well
Replace yourdomainname.com with your domain
Code: INSERT INTO sites (domain) VALUES ('yourdomainname.com')";
