As some of my sites have aged, I find that some of the thumbnail images have mysteriously turned into porn pictures. I have no doubt that this is the work of spammers attacking Yahoo's image search results, but I'm not sure of their motivation. Please realize that none of the images that are displayed on your sites are actually hosted on your sites. They reference images on other sites. And Yahoo! hosts the thumbnails.
For those of you who have sites that may cater to a younger crowd, it is probably best to monitor your image thumbnails and delete any porn that turns up. To delete an image, you will need to visit the "Deletes" section of your admin account. You will need to enter the ID of that image and choose to delete it. You can find the ID of an image by viewing its URL. The ID is a number and it appears in the URL as the folder in which the image lives.
