Jeff-
Have you found better results with more top level keywords and less sub keywords or vice versa?
Is there a balance to how many top level keywords that should be used?
Just because we can use 10, do you use this many or do you have advice?
Thanks,
Adam

It really depends on the subject at hand. If it's a highly competitive area, the more content, the better. I generally like to get started with about 5 main keywords, with another 5 sub-keys for each of those. I then sit back and watch my Google Analytics to determine what type of traffic Google sends me.
I don't like to remove content, so I don't fill up my site to start. Doing the 5 and 5 method above allows me to add to my site as it is needed. Eventually, you'll find that your site becomes the authority on a certain segment (however "niche" it may be). I like to foster that with additional content however I can.
Also, by not using up all the keywords, it also allows me to put on my affiliate marketer hat. If I find that I want to promote (or become an authority on) a certain product, I have room to make it a keyword and gather all sorts of info on it. Make sense?
It will be interesting to see how others will react to this question as time goes by... since I am the only person that has been able to actually use the software for a (slightly) extended period of time.

Although you may choose to add several content additions after reviewing your stats, could you please inform as to how to edit files so that we are not limited to 10 keywords. Great example is allbodysurgery.com. Could you explain how you posted that doctor in the middle of the page as well? Thanks!

Sorry, I'd rather not. It is buried in the code, but built in for one main purpose - to keep people from creating large, pointless sites that are nothing more than search engine spam. I learned early on with the surgery site that having too many keywords actually hurt it in the long run. Do yourself a favor and keep the keywords to a minimum.
Also, be forewarned... There is not one simple place where you can just changed the max number of keywords. I have built in a number of hurdles that validates this number and I would suggest against getting around it. If you're bent on doing so, do it at your own risk.
