If you have already attempted an installation and have been unsuccessful, please be as descriptive as possible about the steps you've already taken. The following information is always helpful:

1) Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what are they. If you are just getting a blank screen, try adding the following line of code at the top of /includes/_globabl.php: ini_set("display_errors", "On"); Now are you getting error messages? What are they?

2) PHP version you are working on.

3) MySQL version you are working on

4) Your server environment:
- - Operating system and version?
- - Who is your host?
- - Can we see your PHP configuration?

5) Anything else you can think of that would be helpful in diagnosing your issue.
